Regional Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

The Regional Human Resources Manager serves as the primary HR contact for employees in one or more regional areas. This role collaborates with management to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation and delivery of HR programs and policies, including staffing, benefits, employee relations, training, and safety initiatives.
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leadership on performance management, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Work with field and corporate teams to standardize HR practices across the organization, promoting consistency and efficiency.
  • Ensure locations are compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in designing and implementing employee retention strategies, focusing on employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate quarterly visits to regional facilities, conducting employee meetings and providing feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR management or generalist experience.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time.
