Human Resources Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Representative to join our dynamic team at Kreativ Diamond State Recruiting Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with 2 to 5 years of HR experience to grow their career with a supportive and professional home healthcare agency.
Key Responsibilities:- Benefits Coordination: Clearly explain and manage employee benefits, ensuring all staff understand their options.
- Employee Communication: Serve as the go-to person for HR-related inquiries, fostering open and effective communication.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment efforts, including resume screening and interview scheduling.
- Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of Human Resources experience.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Axis Care is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
