Position Summary

The Regional Human Resources Manager serves as the primary human resources contact for employees in one or more regional areas. Collaborates with management to formulate and execute human resources strategies in support of business objectives.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manages the execution and delivery of human resources programs and policies, including staffing, benefits, employee relations, training, and safety programs.
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Provides guidance and coaching to leadership on the performance management process.
  • Works with field and corporate teams to unify human resources practices across the organization.
  • Ensures locations are compliant with labor laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Assists in the design and implementation of employee retention strategies.
  • Coordinates quarterly visits to regional facilities and conducts employee meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive human resources management or generalist experience.
  • Federal, state, and local employment law knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time.
