Job Summary:

As a Project Recruitment Specialist at FORVIS, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment lifecycle management of fixed-term project-based employees within our division of Talent Shift, LLC. This role will involve assisting with the recruitment lifecycle and offer process while building our verified network.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively develop and maintain candidate pools for current and future positions within the Technology, Commercial Products, and Public Sector industries.
Screen resumes, conduct and schedule interviews, draft bios, and refer qualified candidates to CRM, open requisitions, and potential opportunity hires.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations for hiring processes.
Manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and talent strategies.
Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices, including interviewing and selection.
Provide training related to recruitment and talent development processes and programs.
Lead by example in achieving measurable goals, objectives, and metrics that link Talent Shift to the most critical business initiatives.
Actively contribute to reporting needs from leadership by ensuring data integrity throughout the recruitment lifecycle through all digital channels.
Ensure a positive hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the hiring process, serving as the primary point of contact through the hire date and beyond.
Prepare, manage, and utilize applicant tracking resources for recruiting data and metrics, to track and report on recruiting data, drive key decisions, and ensure compliance with OFCCP and other relevant regulations.
Assist in the negotiations of offer letters as needed for the recruitment team.

Requirements:

Strong recruitment experience within the Technology, Commercial Products, and Public Sector industries.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
7+ years of relevant work experience within professional services preferred.
Strong sourcing, assessment, and recruitment process, strategy, and executive presentation skills.
Proficiency with MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
Prior experience in an OFCCP, EEO, and AAP compliant recruiting environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations applicable to hiring practices.
Previous experience developing teams and individuals through motivation, team processes, and performance management.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
CPA firm, financial services, or other professional service firm recruiting experience.
Experience working in various applicant tracking systems, such as Workday and iCIMS.
