Healthcare Project Manager

About Cityscape Recruitment
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Superintendent to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Superintendent for a general contractor and have experience running at least 2 of their own ground-up medical office projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects meet all necessary requirements.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects.
- Develop and execute project schedules and budgets while ensuring that the projects meet all safety and quality standards.
- Adhere to the project's filing and documentation organization system as per the project's guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Superintendent for a general contractor.
- Experience running at least 2 of your own ground-up medical office projects.
- Presentable and able to deal with difficult clients in a respectful manner.
- Strong experience using Procore is essential.
- Strong health & safety knowledge.
