Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manages incoming and outgoing communications with professionalism.
  • Conducts interviews with patients or their representatives to gather and accurately document essential information such as name, address, age, emergency contacts, attending physician, and billing responsibility.
  • Coordinates appointment scheduling and meticulously records all relevant details in patient files.
  • Verifies insurance coverage and payment eligibility using both internal systems and online resources to ensure precise data collection.
  • Processes, posts, and monitors all payments on accounts, collecting initial payments based on co-pay or deductible amounts in accordance with insurance eligibility information.
  • Performs administrative tasks for the clinic as directed by the Practice Administrator.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum Experience: One (1) year of customer service experience; prior training in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Compensation:
This position's hiring pay range is: $ per hour, based on education and experience.

Discretionary bonuses, relocation assistance, merit increases, market adjustments, recognition bonuses, and other forms of discretionary compensation may be awarded to eligible employees based on both organizational and individual performance.
