About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and service-minded individuals who share a passion for excellence and infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming and registering them, explaining the accommodations, and establishing credit or method of payment. You will also be responsible for checking guests out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill, and maintaining a balanced bank assigned by the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment.
  • Check guests out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill.
  • Maintain a balanced bank assigned by the hotel.
  • Make change, cash checks, and exchange foreign currency.
  • Reconcile all transactions at the close of each shift.
  • Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, pages, radio requests, and faxes in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.

Requirements:

  • High organizational skills.
  • Speaking, writing, and reading English is required.
  • A flexible schedule and the ability to work different shifts, including holidays and weekends.
