Job Title: Guest Services Agent

At Restaurant Associates, we are seeking a skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of room assignments and payments.
  • Resolve guest challenges and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and promotions, and make recommendations to enhance their stay.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
  • Assist with emergency situations, such as room fires or medical emergencies, and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
