Job Summary

As a Guest Service Representative at Marriott International, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary duties will include checking in and out guests, processing room reservations, and handling guest requests and complaints. You will also be responsible for securing payment, verifying and adjusting billing, and activating and filing room keys. Additionally, you will be expected to provide directions and information to guests regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and confirm guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Process room reservations and requests
  • Secure payment and verify billing
  • Activate and file room keys
  • Provide directions and information to guests
  • Follow up on outstanding requests and problems
  • Run and review daily reports and logs

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
