Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Heaven Hill Brands. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs

Create and deliver training programs that align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our employees.

Assess Development Needs

Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Collaborate with Stakeholders

Work closely with internal partners and stakeholders to identify and assess current and future development needs.

Lead Training Initiatives

Design and execute leadership development initiatives to cultivate an internal pipeline of leaders.

Manage Content and Curriculum

Develop and manage content and curriculum for multiple media formats, including video, surveys, assessments, and training manuals/guides.

Measure Program Effectiveness

Develop measures, benchmarks, and/or scorecards to assess and measure the effectiveness of training and leadership development programs.

Manage Budget and Performance

Manage and monitor performance to budget and ensure that training programs are delivered within budget.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Development, or related discipline.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of learning and development experience, specifically in designing, executing, and facilitating successful corporate development programs.

Skills

Expertise in adult learning competencies, including needs assessment, instructional design, presentation, and group facilitation. Strong project management skills, including a proven track record of leading large, complex projects using standard project management practices and tools.

Technology

Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and experienced in the use of technology systems for development, such as Articulate, Canva, or similar programs.

Communication

Strong communication skills, including presentation, verbal, and written, with the ability to influence and inspire.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree

Master's Degree in Business, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.

Process Improvement

Experience in process improvement, Lean, and/or Six Sigma techniques.

Language

Additional language capabilities, specifically Spanish.

Physical Requirements

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds to move podiums, AV equipment, tables, and chairs for classes.
