- Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy for the wider IT development team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in.NET development.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong technical skills in.NET languages (C#, VB.NET), with experience in debugging, testing, and deployment.
