Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and improve customer service and sales department performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth
  • Establish and track team and individual performance metrics
  • Support the planning and execution of meetings and events
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement best practices
  • Participate in sales, customer service, and management tasks
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador and build relationships with clients and customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in management, leadership, sales, or customer service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth
  • Self-motivated and organized with a focus on precision and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and a drive to continuously learn and improve
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and team members
