Job Summary

New Age Technologies is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and evaluation of training programs and materials that support the growth and development of our employees.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying instructional design and development principles to support the production of standardized, engaging, and innovative learning programs. This will involve working closely with subject matter experts to identify training needs and developing training solutions that meet our company's Best-in-Class and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training programs that meet our company's standards for quality and effectiveness
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop training solutions
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including subject matter experts and training managers
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
  • Knowledge of best practices in developing/designing e-learning, instructor-led, and blended training programs
  • Experience incorporating multiple media elements into learning programs, including audio, video, animation, simulation, and self-developed graphics
  • Proficient use of Adobe Creative software, Microsoft Office 365, Articulate 360, and other design and video editing software
  • Experience in program management, performance improvement, and leadership development
  • Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and distance learning theories and methodologies, including the ADDIE model
  • Experience with a Learning Management System
