We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our showroom team in Tyson's Corner, VA. As a Showroom Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving team performance, and managing day-to-day showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Manage showroom operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.

- Proven track record in retail management, ideally within the appliance, furniture, or a similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Experience working in high-end or luxury environments is a plus.
This is a full-time, onsite position located in Tyson's Corner, VA. Local candidates only.
