Overview

Naylor Association Solutions is a leading provider of innovative solutions for associations, delivering a range of services that drive engagement and revenue growth. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal by effectively selling advertising and recruitment solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Sell advertising and recruitment solutions to assigned clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets on each project.
  • Develop new sales and renew existing advertising contracts, growing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
  • Achieve project performance revenue goals, responding to customers within 12 hours and maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Establish meaningful relationships with clients, providing rate information, media kits, and other relevant data to aid in their decision-making.
  • Handle problem ads in a timely and professional manner, developing advertising leads and gaining in-depth knowledge of assigned industries and associations.
  • Participate in mandatory sales meetings and team gatherings, adhering to Naylor's operating values and embracing a spirit of teamwork.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of stable, full-time work history in an inside sales or ad sales role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and strong writing skills, used primarily in formal email communications.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 or similar programs, including word processing and spreadsheet capabilities.
  • Ability to use the internet and learn new software programs and systems.
  • Reliable transportation and access to reliable WIFI.
