We are currently seeking a talented Tax Manager to become part of our Commercial Real Estate team, operating from our offices in a hybrid work model.

This role is classified as hybrid, meaning team members will alternate between remote and in-office work. This role will contribute to our Real Estate Industry Group, specifically within the Commercial Real Estate sector. YOUR ROLE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team to meet various departmental deadlines throughout the year.
  • Possess experience in the preparation of financial statements, including compilations and reviews, and preparing tax returns such as 1065 and 1120-S.
  • Assist in the process and review of tax returns.
  • Conduct various financial analyses, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Engage in ad hoc projects as needed.


YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's in Accounting or Taxation is preferred.
  • CPA, JD, or EA credentials are preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 years of progressive tax experience within the real estate sector.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong tax research capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, along with exceptional client service abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and tax compliance and research software, including ProSystem, CCH Axcess, and CCH Engagement.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
