Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Middough Inc. As a key member of our corporate HR team, you will be responsible for various aspects of human resources administration, including benefit processing, leave management, and HRIS system management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefit Processing: Coordinate benefits processing, including new hire enrollments, COBRA events, terminations, qualifying event changes, beneficiaries, and life/disability claims.
  • HRIS System Management: Accurately and timely process employee benefit enrollments and changes into the HRIS platform, communicate benefit enrollment and eligibility to insurance carriers/brokers, and provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
  • Leave Management: Assist with FMLA requests, short/long term disability claims, general employee leave requests, and employee accommodation requests.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees and managers regarding benefit programs, enrollments, status changes, policies, and other general HR inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on HRIS experience required, 3+ years of hands-on benefit and human resources experience required.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, high degree of integrity in adhering to corporate policy, excellent analytical, organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills, highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
