About the JobThis role involves supporting the development and implementation of overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, ensuring legal compliance through the HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, ensuring legal compliance through the HR functions
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Consult with leadership or legal, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee, diversity, performance management, and applicable federal and state employment laws
