Benefits Coordinator Specialist

At Middough Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Benefits/HR Coordinator to join our team. As a Benefits/HR Coordinator, you will partner with the corporate HR team on various tasks including HRIS system management, benefit administration, reporting, and coordination. You will be responsible for processing new hire enrollments, COBRA events, terminations, qualifying event changes, beneficiaries, and life/disability claims.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on HRIS experience and 3+ years of benefit and human resources experience. Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Oracle, Epicor, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field is required. The salary for this position is estimated at $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also possess excellent analytical, organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills. You will be working in a hybrid work model with opportunities for growth and development through our Learning Management System and Middough Learning Center.
