Chief Human Resources Officer

The primary objective of this role is to lead the HR function, driving initiatives that enhance Willory, LLC's culture, values, and mission.
Responsibilities include leading the company's strategic goals and supporting its stated values and Triple Bottom Line initiatives.
This position serves as the main point of contact for staff, ensuring all inquiries and matters are handled promptly and professionally.
The role also oversees onboarding and offboarding processes, establishing and ensuring consistent application of HR programs, policies, and practices used throughout the company.
In addition, this position is responsible for overseeing the full talent lifecycle, from attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent to employee onboarding, development, and retention.
The incumbent will maintain and update Recruiting Metrics, keeping track of status with open requisitions, job posting outlets, and time to fill.
This role develops and manages budgets related to HR expenses and drives diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an equitable and inclusive workplace, fostering a culture of belonging for all employees.
The individual will assist in communicating organization policies and procedures and be trained in Payroll and Benefits to serve as a backup if needed.
This position ensures the organization remains legally compliant.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of Human Resources Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or proven experience in HR
Salary Information: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
Work Environment: 100% on-site in Ohio City and occasionally Strongsville, OH.
