DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated Automotive Deal Clerk to manage the accounting system for in-stock and sold vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all retail deals and warranty, gap, and aftermarket product transactions
  • Prepare daily deal reports for department heads
  • Manage customer trade payoffs and titles
  • Perform other accounting functions as required

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the automotive field
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work with office equipment, such as copiers and mail machines
  • Pass a pre-employment background check
