Job Title: Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our Brokerage Operations team at JLL. As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide high-level support to commercial real estate brokerage producers within our Bethesda office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather market research information to create client deliverables such as market surveys, tour books, and competitive sets.
  • Prepare deal documents, including Request for Proposals, Letters of Intent, renewal letters, leasing status reports, and customer and prospect correspondence, with direction from brokers and/or knowledge of company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Update and maintain the company's Contact Relationship Management (CRM) database to track prospects, clients, and deal information.
  • Manage and maintain all listings on CoStar, LoopNet, View the Space, and Hightower.
  • Prepare property marketing flyers, brochures, and email distributions.
  • Create and edit presentations, pitches, and client deliverables for prospect/client meetings.
  • Assist and participate in planning as needed for industry functions or client events and open houses.
  • Collect and process deal file paperwork; calculate, generate, and send invoices utilizing JLL's accounting platform.
  • Track and process broker expense reports according to the JLL T&E policy.
  • Perform general duties such as printing, binding, scheduling meetings, greeting clients, conference room setup, office maintenance, broker IT support, making travel arrangements, and front desk coverage as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of relevant experience supporting multiple people, preferably in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organization.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and JLL's in-house platforms.
  • Experienced with Adobe InDesign.
  • Preferred qualifications include project management capabilities, including multi-tasking, prioritization, deadline management, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • Resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn with a positive attitude and a drive for personal growth and development.
  • Able to assert discretion and professionalism when given access to confidential and private information.
  • Strong proofreading and editing abilities.
