As a Business Development Representative at PipeDreams Ventures, you will play a key role in creating new prospects and clients, providing an exceptional client experience, and building new relationships with organizations to help them achieve their next stage of growth.

The Business Development Representative is responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or account.

You will have the opportunity to grow your career through best-in-class training and opportunities with our parent company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design an action plan to successfully create new business and build client relationships
  • Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects
  • Gain commitment from customers leading to referrals of those in need of HVAC services
  • Responsible for achieving company sales targets and update management on the status of accounts
  • Opportunities for growth and potential to oversee sales staff
  • Maintain a professional, ethical, and positive disposition as a primary representative of the company in the community
  • Regularly attend client meetings, trade shows, networking events, conferences, etc.
  • Maintain customer contact database
