Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Incom, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a well-maintained work environment that meets all legal requirements and health and safety standards.

This role requires a practical approach and direct involvement in all aspects of facility and maintenance management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing property strategies aligned with our organizational goals, overseeing building maintenance, renovations, and capital improvement projects, and managing space planning, communications infrastructure, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Property Strategies: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement property strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee Building Maintenance and Renovations: Ensure that all buildings and facilities are well-maintained and meet all health and safety standards.
  • Manage Space Planning and Communications Infrastructure: Oversee the planning and management of our office space, including the installation and maintenance of communications infrastructure.
  • Ensure Compliance with Health and Safety Standards: Ensure that all facilities and operations comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the Maintenance Team and Manage Vendor Relationships: Supervise and manage our maintenance team, including the management of vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Implement and Oversee Security Measures: Develop and implement security measures to protect our facilities and employees.
  • Direct Hazardous Materials Management Programs: Oversee the management of hazardous materials and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Related Field: A degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 5-7 Years Proven Experience as a Facilities Manager: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a facilities manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Knowledge of Building Systems, Maintenance Practices, and Safety Regulations: A strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations is essential.
  • Experience with Project Management and Budgeting: Experience with project management and budgeting is required.
  • Proficiency in Facility Management Software and Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in facility management software and data analysis tools is necessary.
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) Credential: A CFM credential is a plus.
