Daily Responsibilities:
- Team Coordination: Begin your day with a team briefing to outline priorities, safety updates, and ongoing maintenance tasks.
- Work Order Oversight: Assess, prioritize, and delegate work orders for both preventive and corrective maintenance to the technical team.
- Facility Inspections: Perform regular walkthroughs to identify and resolve maintenance issues, equipment failures, safety risks, and cleanliness problems.
- Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations as established by C&W Services and relevant authorities.
- Data Review and Reporting: Evaluate maintenance data and performance indicators to pinpoint areas for improvement and prepare reports for management review.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support maintenance technicians, conduct performance assessments, and provide training and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Leadership Background: A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role, showcasing expertise in managing key performance indicators and maintenance programs. Proven ability to motivate and lead a team is essential.
- Commitment to Safety: Strong knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and best practices in maintenance operations. Experience in safety training and audits is preferred.
- Educational Background: A four-year degree plus three years of leadership experience, or at least five years of leadership experience in lieu of a degree. Relevant degrees or certifications in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, facilities management, or related fields are advantageous.
Compensation and Work Schedule:
- Salary Range: $95,000 - $116,000 annually, with a performance-based bonus.
- Work Shifts: 4x12-hour shifts, either from 4:00 PM to 4:30 AM or from 4:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including weekends. Flexibility is required.
