**About Us**

Lori Vajdich - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented professional to join their team as a State Farm Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities
  • **Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships**: Build and nurture relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to meet their insurance needs.
  • **Insurance Needs Assessment**: Conduct thorough needs assessments to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • **Marketing and Sales**: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
  • **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the agent and other team members to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • **Interest in Insurance and Financial Services**: Demonstrated interest in marketing insurance and financial products based on customer needs.
  • **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • **Customer-Focused**: Enthusiasm for helping people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their goals.
  • **Self-Motivated**: Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving, with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
  • **Technical Skills**: Ability to learn computer functions and navigate software applications.
