**Job Summary**

As a Sales Associate at Alex and Ani, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, including new collections and core product lines.
  • Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers.
  • Introduce promotions and sale opportunities to customers.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service by assisting customers with concerns and exchanges.
  • Communicate client feedback, business trends, and recommendations to the store management team.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store and stockroom.
  • Assist in visual presentation standards and ensure the store is replenished at all times.
  • Maintain compliance with Retail Operations Policy and Procedures.
  • Assist the Management team in the protection of all company assets, controlling internal and external loss.

**Requirements:**

  • Retail Sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
  • The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business.
