Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to the company's employees, focusing on Windows and Microsoft-based technologies. This is a Tier 3 based role, with the ability to work on various levels of support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for Windows and Microsoft-based technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policies, MS Suite, MDM, O365, and SQL.
- Work collaboratively with the team to resolve technical issues and improve the overall IT experience.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft and Windows-based technologies.
- Ability to work with customers and have excellent customer-facing skills.
- Proven experience with remote-based support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Contract position with a pay rate of $30-35/hr.
- Conversion salary of $60-70K.
