Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to the company's employees, focusing on Windows and Microsoft-based technologies. This is a Tier 3 based role, with the ability to work on various levels of support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Windows and Microsoft-based technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policies, MS Suite, MDM, O365, and SQL.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve technical issues and improve the overall IT experience.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft and Windows-based technologies.
  • Ability to work with customers and have excellent customer-facing skills.
  • Proven experience with remote-based support.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
What We Offer:
  • Contract position with a pay rate of $30-35/hr.
  • Conversion salary of $60-70K.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental and orthodontia benefits, vision benefits, and more.
