**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our students, families, and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support to the school office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Manage the front office, including maintaining records, processing payments, and coordinating with finance.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing meetings.
  • Provide basic and accurate information to students, families, and staff.
  • Perform other clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
  • Supervise other office staff and maintain a professional and respectful work environment.
  • Treat children and family members with dignity, compassion, and respect.

**Requirements**

  • AA Degree or High school degree with experience in an office management position.
  • Additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
