Working Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
Welcomes patients upon arrival and oversees a 20-minute wait time
Assists patients with the intake process, including document copying
Collects co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles, issuing receipts
Manages the cashier box and daily deposits in accordance with company policies
Processes walk-in patients and visitors
Handles phone inquiries and schedules appointments
Maintains medical records (filing, scanning, preparing for scheduling) and faxes
Ensures timely scanning and filing of all correspondence
Processes requests for the release of medical records and maintains appropriate logs
Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
1+ years of experience in data entry

Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
Familiarity with general office procedures
Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications
