Senior Owner Project Manager

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects through both design and construction phases.
  • Engage directly with clients, architects, engineers, builders, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in design and construction processes.
  • Provide expert technical evaluations and guidance.
  • Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
  • Coordinate with related projects to mitigate impacts.
  • Manage project documentation, including reports, submittals, and change orders.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Proven track record in managing K-12 projects in Massachusetts.
  • Experience in higher education facility renovations and constructions.
  • Exceptional communication skills across various project levels.
  • Strong expertise in budget and schedule management.
  • Demonstrated technical and leadership capabilities.
  • Able to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills to prevent negative impacts.
