Together, they provide a comprehensive range of waterproofing, masonry construction, and restoration solutions across the Northeast.
TWC Phoenix is seeking a Senior Project Manager to be based in our Boston, MA office. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Position Overview
- Extensive background in masonry restoration (mandatory)
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects
- Building relationships with relevant associations and organizations that align with the company's objectives
- Ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications in both physical and digital formats
- Comprehensive understanding of all stages of building envelope construction
- Collaborating with Operations to ascertain necessary materials and workforce for each project
- Estimating project completion timelines and coordinating with diverse trade teams as needed
- Reviewing architectural designs to plan work sequences and identifying potential challenges in achieving desired outcomes
- Expertise in masonry materials and products
- Ensuring all tasks are performed safely, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets
- Creating and tracking Work Schedules, Schedules of Value, and monitoring project performance to initiate corrective actions when delays or changes occur
- Regular communication with management regarding the status of all assigned projects
- Effectively scheduling and dispatching field personnel
- Maintaining clear communication with General Contractors, Project Managers, and Corporate
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in masonry
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
- Thorough understanding of the project development process or the capacity to quickly learn about ongoing projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License
- OSHA 10-hour certification; preference for 30-hour training
- Certifications in Exterior Façade, AVB, ABBA, ICRI, etc.
