POSITION SUMMARY:

Oversee high-end residential and construction initiatives on behalf of the principal stakeholders, serving as the Owners Representative to ensure their interests are prioritized. Manage bespoke home projects from initial design concepts through to final execution. Function as the project manager in a technical capacity, overseeing budgets, contractors, and timelines approved by the principal. Additionally, represent the trusts associated with each property, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place to support capital improvements while adhering to trust regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design Management

Assist principals in selecting design professionals, including contractors, architects, and interior designers, to ensure a seamless planning process that aligns with their vision. Organize and facilitate meetings to discuss design progress, documenting minutes and confirming decisions with all stakeholders.

Financial Oversight

Develop and maintain detailed financial plans for all projects under consideration. Prepare and present initial budgets for each initiative, ensuring thorough review and approval of all invoices related to the projects, with necessary documentation to support financial transactions.

Contract Negotiation

Engage with vendors and contractors to secure services at optimal pricing and quality. Review all contractual agreements and submit them for legal approval when necessary. Ensure that all contractors possess the required insurance and have completed background checks prior to engagement.

Timeline Coordination

Create and manage comprehensive preconstruction and construction timelines. Conduct regular meetings with contractors to track progress and identify critical milestones.

Team Leadership

Maintain the highest standards of safety and security across all projects through ongoing training and site inspections. Supervise Project Coordinators and other team members as needed, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for all stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement

Meet with principals as necessary to ensure project alignment and timely communication regarding project developments.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven ability to lead project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and service. Strong communication skills, reliability, and efficiency are essential. A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with project management software such as Asana, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

15+ years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of managing high-end residential projects successfully.

Relevant certifications, such as a Construction Supervisor License, are preferred but not mandatory.
