Strategic Account Growth Manager

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Attensi, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing scale-up that is already a global leader in its field.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and grow relationships with existing accounts within key sectors.
- Work closely with the business unit team to ensure successful implementation, launch, and continuous use of Attensi's solutions.
- Map organizational challenges, training needs, and co-develop solution content and proposals with account managers and directors.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in customer-oriented work, preferably in proven customer success roles.
- Previous experience working in technology businesses, interacting with technology stacks and software solutions is essential.
- A proven track record of supporting solution launches and engaging with senior customer stakeholders.
