Account Executive Job Description

Kalos Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for expanding our customer base.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and products.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and how it meets their needs.
  • Negotiate terms with clients and drive the sales process from plan to close.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of sales or marketing experience
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and winning new business
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
