Sales Account Executive

Kalos Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for expanding our customer base.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and products.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and how it meets their needs.
- Negotiate terms with clients and drive the sales process from plan to close.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of sales or marketing experience
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and winning new business
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
Preferred Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Market networking ability
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Robust understanding of customer relationship management
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tools
