Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting comprehensive project scopes and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Calculating project expenses
  • Formulating and maintaining project timelines
  • Facilitating the bidding process for subcontractors
  • Engaging with the project Owner or their Representative regarding project matters
  • Overseeing project documentation and correspondence
  • Encouraging subcontractor participation in the project
  • Tracking project financials
  • Preparing documentation for payment applications
  • Managing project permits and finalization
  • Supervising construction timelines and sequencing
  • Administering changes requested by the owner
  • Conducting project meetings and documenting minutes
  • Leading production and safety discussions
  • Assessing jobsite progress for quality assurance
  • Managing requisitions from subcontractors
  • Keeping detailed field reports

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in project management
  • OSHA-10 certification is required
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management is preferred
  • Familiarity with Timberline software is advantageous
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • In-depth understanding of construction methodologies
  • Strong decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to meet deadlines
