Job Title: Sales Representative

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Chantland-PVS Company. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing a formal sales plan that identifies key existing customers and targets new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Plan: Identify key existing customers and target new customers to increase sales revenue.
  • Coordinate Orders and Quotations: Work with inside sales staff to coordinate orders and quotations.
  • Make Professional Presentations: Make presentations to customers to promote Chantland-PVS Company products.
  • Acquire New Sales Representative Agencies: Acquire new Chantland-PVS Company sales representative agencies as needed.
  • Travel and Support Sales Representative Agencies: Travel with, train, and support territory sales representative agencies.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or similar field preferred.
  • Licensure: Maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Experience: 5 years in similar position.
  • Skills/Ability: Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and oral. Have excellent interpersonal skills. Have knowledge of material handling industry, technically savvy. Ability to work effectively with others, solve problems, think creatively, and implement change in a positive manner. Proven sales performance. Have a thorough understanding of the principles of sales and a good knowledge of customer service. Ability to use Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. Also, AutoCAD experience recommended but not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Plan: Develop and execute a formal sales plan that identifies key existing customers and targets new customers.
  • Coordinate Orders and Quotations: Coordinate orders and quotations with inside sales staff.
  • Make Professional Presentations: Make professional presentations to customers.
  • Acquire New Sales Representative Agencies: Acquire new Chantland-PVS Company sales representative agencies as needed.
  • Travel and Support Sales Representative Agencies: Travel with, train, and support territory sales representative agencies.

Equipment/Supplies Used:

  • Telephone: Use a telephone to communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Personal Computer and Printer: Use a personal computer and printer to access company information and print documents.
  • Calculator: Use a calculator to perform mathematical calculations.
  • Copy Machine: Use a copy machine to make copies of documents.
