About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales Representative to join our team at Bluegreen Vacations. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, generating quality leads, and selling our family-friendly mini-vacation getaways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an ambassador for Bluegreen Vacations, promoting our brand and products to customers.
  • Interact with the community, building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  • Provide local information and recommendations to enhance travelers' experiences.
  • Sell mini-vacation getaways to destinations across the U.S., communicating the benefits of traveling with Bluegreen Vacations.
  • Overcome objections and close deals, providing a positive and professional experience for customers.
  • Stay current on Bluegreen's offerings and portfolio, ensuring a high level of product knowledge.

Requirements
  • Previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and communication.
  • At least 18 years old, with a valid ID and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
