POSITION SUMMARY

The Travel and Expense Analyst is tasked with the evaluation of travel and expense data to uncover trends and deliver insights aimed at enhancing the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the T&E Program. This role necessitates collaboration with cross-departmental teams and external stakeholders to refine processes and ensure adherence to industry regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gather and assess travel, expense, and credit card information
  • Detect patterns and trends within T&E data
  • Generate reports and dashboards to convey critical insights
  • Establish key performance indicators for the T&E Program
  • Identify instances of non-compliance and propose process enhancements
  • Improve processes through automation and technological solutions
  • Optimize travel and expense expenditures while preserving service quality
  • Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and training resources
QUALIFICATIONS

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies
  • Experience with travel and expense management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
