Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Duties: Greet patients, complete check-in and check-out processes, and verify patient information.
- Practice Operations: Assist with scanning medical records, take inventory of iPads, and update provider-specific patient wait time boards.
- Back-up Coverage and Miscellaneous Projects: Answer phones, attend staff meetings, and provide information to patients and visitors.
- High School Diploma or GED required; BA/BS preferred.
- Administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Epic experience strongly preferred.
The qualified candidate will work primarily at a workstation within an office environment in Waltham, with occasional travel to other clinic sites.
