Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

Performance Metrics and Execution

  • Establish and track key performance indicators for the team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all team responsibilities.
  • Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Client and Prospect Management

  • Oversee client and prospect interactions.
  • Ensure effective navigation of proprietary software and client documentation.
  • Promote understanding of client types and office protocols.

Training and Development

  • Encourage a culture of ongoing learning and professional growth.
  • Facilitate training sessions to ensure team members complete required educational hours.
  • Motivate team members to develop and maintain personalized financial plans.

Behavioral Insights and Emotional Intelligence

  • Guide the team in applying behavioral science principles.
  • Empower team members to leverage personality insights for improved client interactions.
  • Allocate resources for personalized client engagement initiatives.

Common Responsibilities Across Levels

Level III (Basic):

  • Basic navigation of proprietary software and client documentation.
  • Understanding of office procedures and financial planning fundamentals.
  • Initiate personalized financial planning.

Level II (Intermediate):

  • Coordinate out-of-state appointments and manage events.
  • Process communications promptly and accurately.
  • Apply behavioral insights to client interactions.
  • Manage client issues and coordinate seminars.
  • Maintain records for compliance and audit purposes.

Level I (Master):

  • All Level II responsibilities.
  • Invest in personalized client engagement initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of personality types and learning styles.
  • Registered Paraplanner status.
