Your Leadership Role:

  • Manage the branch with an ownership mindset, taking full responsibility for all managers and associates and their influence on the brand and guest satisfaction.
  • Guide the recruitment, coaching, and acknowledgment of a highly effective team. Foster the development of team members and managers for future growth.
  • Establish and nurture effective relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, brands, your team, your region, and operational partners.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Demonstrated progress toward a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent combinations of formal education and extensive hands-on experience managing multiple restaurant concepts.
  • Experience in Restaurants: Proven multi-unit restaurant management experience, covering various brands and service styles, with overall accountability for their success. A minimum of 5 years in multi-unit, multi-concept management and 7 years of overall restaurant experience is essential.
  • Financial Insight: Strong understanding of growth and profitability drivers, adept at navigating P&L statements, and knowledgeable about key financial metrics that impact restaurant-level profitability.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledgeable in restaurant product and service quality, safety, and operational standards, with the ability to teach and coach these standards to a team.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to engage positively with the public, team, and various stakeholders in a friendly and inclusive manner.
  • Team Development: Proven ability to make sound hiring decisions, manage teams effectively, delegate tasks, and resolve issues, with a history of leading successful teams.
  • Priority Management: Skilled in managing multiple priorities and applying critical thinking to solve problems, using effective communication to facilitate initiatives and changes.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in speaking, reading, and understanding instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as conversing comfortably with individuals.
