  • Driving profitable growth through collaboration with designated agents and brokers.
  • Managing a diverse range of products, including Property, General Liability, Auto, Worker's Compensation, Umbrella/Excess, and International coverage.
  • Identifying opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling within Chubb's various practices.
  • Developing and negotiating pricing, coverage, terms, and conditions for both new business and renewals.
  • Implementing effective pricing strategies that ensure profitability and growth of the book of business.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with agencies and brokers to enhance producer relations.
  • Conducting thorough risk analysis and demonstrating a high level of proficiency in the underwriting process.
  • Collaborating with teams across underwriting, operations, claims, and marketing to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
