- Partnership Development: Cultivate partnerships with small businesses, trade unions, and community organizations to support construction initiatives.
- Resource Referral: Direct participants to relevant social services and support programs as needed.
- Community Representation: Act as a representative for the Small Business Enterprise at community events, providing essential information on eligibility and opportunities.
- Program Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a master calendar for training programs and events.
- Certification Assistance: Support small businesses in navigating certification processes and accessing bidding opportunities.
- A bachelor’s degree in public relations, community relations, urban planning, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
- Experience may substitute for educational qualifications on a year-for-year basis, up to two years.
A minimum of four years of full-time professional experience in community outreach, organizing campaigns, and coordinating workforce development initiatives is required.
