Administrative Coordinator for Behavioral Health

- Provide exceptional administrative support, including telephone coverage, customer services, filing, copying, organizing, report generation, and data processing.
- Greet clients at agency facilities and direct them to suitable programs, services, or staff as necessary.
- Answer and triage phone calls, redirecting callers to appropriate staff or resources when needed.
- Oversight of front office operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and creating a trauma-informed environment.
- Conduct quality improvement and assurance functions by performing chart audits, reviewing data, tracking systems, reporting findings, and generating solutions to enhance performance.
- Assist with preparing, coordinating, and setting up trainings, programs, and agency events.
- Implement harm reduction, trauma-informed care, housing first, and integrated care interventions consistently.
- Serve diverse vulnerable client populations and communicate effectively in a culturally competent manner.
- Schedule intakes and appointments for behavioral health services.
- Support generating and completing programmatic and financial reports according to funding requirements (SAPC, CENS, Behavioral Health Program reports).
- Collaborate with the Program Director on special projects, including database development, electronic forms, and chart monitoring.
- Maintain a solution-focused, strengths-based approach with managers, colleagues, and clients, fostering open and respectful communication within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Ensure performance management standards are met through ongoing supervision, addressing barriers as they arise.
- Maintain confidentiality of client records according to HIPAA guidelines and adhere to all applicable client confidentiality standards.
- Comply with and maintain familiarity with agency policies, procedures, and other regulations.
- Participate in supervision, staff meetings, trainings, conferences, workshops, and special projects to promote professional growth and development.
- Model HHCLA's approach, mission, and core values in all communication, correspondence, community events, coalitions, and advocacy efforts.
