Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this role is between $80,000 to $110,000, with comprehensive benefits including healthcare coverage, 401K, paid time off, and tuition assistance.

Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health, you will conduct initial patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications as prescribed, and provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.

You will also facilitate group therapy sessions, educational workshops on mental health topics, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree from an accredited program
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
  • At least one year of experience working in behavioral health settings, preferably inpatient or outpatient environments
  • Strong understanding of psychotropic medications and administration protocols
  • Able to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
