Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor provides guidance and leadership as the lead Front Office Clerk, ensuring consistent quality customer service is delivered. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively with staff and guests, monitoring lobby traffic, and making staffing adjustments as needed. They will also be responsible for greeting guests, completing the registration process, and promoting the company's marketing program.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
  • Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform behind the front desk
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Education and Experience

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred. No prior experience is required, but two years of combined front desk and supervisory experience is preferred.
