Job Summary
The Senior Service Technician – Customer Support will assist internal and external customers by phone, email, or in-person to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair refuse collection equipment. This role is primarily remote with regular travel within the East or West Coast region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers by troubleshooting technical issues on refuse vehicles and identifying actions to resolve them.
- Communicate service-related documentation, such as field bulletins, information notices, and product updates to customers.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and other departments.
- Lead training sessions to help customers get the most out of their equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Five (5) years of experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles or heavy/industrial equipment.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. passport.
Preferred Qualifications
- Seven (7) years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a contact center or hands-on equipment repair.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal or written communication skills.
