Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at GovCIO. As a key member of our IT service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for a range of IT issues, including hardware and software problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our clients' systems and applications to provide informed support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 9 years of IT customer support experience preferred.
  • Secret clearance and DEA suitability required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
