We're seeking a talented East Enterprise Sales Lead to join our sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving top-line growth, building and scaling high-performance sales teams, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a strong understanding of complex sales cycles and technology sales into enterprise environments.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Demonstrate a deep understanding of WEKA and the value it provides to customers.
  2. Development of a winning team, including recruiting, hiring, and training.
  3. Acknowledge accurate forecasting to senior sales management.
  4. Actively leading and monitoring demand generation activities.
  5. Partnering with field marketing to execute successful sales campaigns.

We offer a highly competitive salary package, with a base salary of $300,000 - $400,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(K), flexible time off, sick time, and leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws.
